Lake Ontario has been drawn, painted, photographed and interpreted countless ways. We know there are many more.
Lake Ontario Strong is interested in working with Ontario artists who have an original perspective on the lake — its water, cities, working shores, wildlife, weather, history, people or simply what it feels like to live beside it.
We're interested in a point of view, not another souvenir.
If you have existing work, or an idea you think belongs on Lake Ontario Strong, we'd like to see it.
Selected collaborations will be produced as part of the Lake Ontario Strong collection. Artists are credited for their work and receive an agreed share of sales. We'll work out the details together before anything is produced.
